Plain English, because the most important thing on this page is easy to say: the deals on Datify belong to the businesses offering them, not to us. We collect them, check them and help you build an evening around them. We do not sell them, and we are not part of the transaction.
Datify (getdatify.com) is a Singapore website that lists date-related deals and builds itineraries around them. It is run by a single independent operator in Singapore. Using the site means accepting these terms.
Datify is free to use. You do not need an account to browse, shortlist or plan — an account only saves those things across devices.
Deals reach the site two ways, and both are somebody else's offer:
Either way, the terms of the offer are the merchant's. Their conditions, their fine print, their decision. Datify does not set the price, cannot honour or refuse a deal, and is not a party to anything you buy. No money changes hands on this site.
We are also not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any venue listed here unless a page says so explicitly.
A deal can be withdrawn, sold out, changed or simply refused at the counter, with no warning to us. Offers can also have conditions a public listing did not mention. Always check with the venue before you travel, especially if the deal is the reason for the trip.
Two specific things worth knowing about our data:
Most photos on curated deals are stock images for illustration, not pictures of that venue, and every deal page says so where that is the case.
The planner's timings are estimates. Travel time between stops comes from a routing service and is an approximation; the time we allow at each stop is a flat estimate, not something the venue told us. Treat a generated plan as a starting point, not a schedule anyone has agreed to.
Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Give us an email address you actually control; we need it to confirm the account and to let you back in if you forget your password.
Please do not attempt to break, overload or scrape the site, submit someone else's personal information, or use Datify to advertise a business without listing through the supplier portal. We can suspend an account that does. You can close your account at any time — see the privacy policy.
Merchants submitting a deal confirm that they are entitled to offer it, that what they have written is accurate, and that they own or have the right to use any image they upload. Every submission and edit is reviewed before it goes public, and we may decline or remove a listing without giving a reason.
Listing is free at the moment. If that ever changes, it will change for new listings with notice, not retroactively.
If your business is listed here and you would rather it was not, email datify@getdatify.com and we will remove it. No argument, no conditions.
At the moment, it does not. Nothing on this site is a paid placement, no venue has paid to appear or to rank higher, and we earn no commission when you click through to a venue or spend money there. Listing is free, and the order deals appear in is decided by what fits your plan, never by what pays.
That will change eventually — the two likely routes are a commission on bookings made through a link here, and a fee for merchants who want a listing. When either starts, we will say so on the page where it applies: a link that earns us a commission will be marked as one, on the deal itself, not buried on this page. If a placement is ever paid for, it will be labelled as paid.
We will not let it change what gets listed or how a plan is built without telling you. If that ever stops being true, this section is out of date and we want to hear about it.
We are responsible for running this site honestly: recording deals as we found them, saying plainly what is an estimate, and fixing what we get wrong when it is pointed out.
We are not responsible for what happens at a venue, for a deal being refused or withdrawn, for a price or condition that changed after we recorded it, or for anything you spend on the strength of a listing. Datify is provided as it is, without a warranty that it will be available, complete or error-free. Nothing here limits any liability that Singapore law does not allow to be limited.
These terms can change as the site does. The date at the top says when the current version took effect, and a material change will be flagged on the site rather than slipped in.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
